A straightforward representation of a pile of clothes becomes an abstract form of texture and shadow. Slumped, discarded and hanging in the air, the relationship between person and clothes, presence and absence comes into play. Using the same level of scientific scrutiny as previous works, the drawing, the first in a new series, looks at the subjects of domesticity and personal relationships.
